This week we can announce some new activities @ the grange.

On Monday’s at 4.30pm we have a crochet class.

Zumba

Starting on Thursday 28th June we have an evening Zumba class 7-8pm

Mindfulness

Would you be interested in learning about Mindfulness? then why not come along to our taster sessions.

Is stress causing you a problem? if so you may be interested in this new course.

World Cup @ the grange

Save the Dates !
We are very excited to announce details of our World Cup events. These will take place for every England game, starting with the 3 group matches. ( fingers crossed there will be more that 3 games!!)
For the first game we have joined forces with the children’s centre, there will be a range of activities at both sites, linked by the new “Village Green” (the old football pitch next to @ the grange). So save the dates and come and join in the fun. Watch out for the giant outdoor screen.

Our Royal Wedding Party

We would like to thank everyone who came along to our Royal Wedding Party, what a fabulous week we had. Starting with the bunting Making, Jam making and Cake decorating workshops which was a great success.

Then the Wedding Party itself which was a wonderful celebration. The event was a sell out and a good time was had by all.

One Month Later

To celebrate 1 month of opening we thought we would share some of our highlights so far. We are delighted that we have reached a grand total of 59 volunteers, we have already delivered a variety of activities and hot of the press work has just started on our @ the grange village green.

Consultation

Starting at the Launch event we have been asking you the community what you want to do @ the grange? The feedback from the postcards and our chalk board consultation has been incredible. We have had a variety of requests, everything from Zumba to Bingo, Knitting to Social evenings.
Slime or Gloop has been the number 1 suggestion from the young people, so we are hoping to run a Grange Park Gloop Club in the summer holidays. We are working very hard with our partners to turn your suggestions into reality.

Launch Event

We held our launch event on Saturday 14th April, it was a beautiful day and we were overwhelmed with the turnout of over 1300 people. It was a great way to get to know our neighbours and to find out about what you would like to do @ the grange.
